Lucy graduated in 2014 with a first class honours degree in 'Surface Design and Printed Textiles' where she specialised in hand screen printings with a strong use of hand drawn playful designs and illustrations. 

 

Lucy's collection of digital prints have all been designed by drawing up inspiration from the 1950's retro era for its colour palette and kitsch patterns. As well as her nostalgic memories as a child from her yearly camping holidays by the seaside which make up most of her collection. Using traditional methods of printing she also has her own letterpress printer at the end of her garden in a makeshift studio where she produces a range of hand letterpress printed cards.

 

Lucy is currently working on new designs for cards and prints aswell as fabric for cushions!
